Section 8 of t&c's - SUSPENDING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

a) Suspensions or holds are available for a maximum of 4 weeks. Further extensions may be granted for medical or hardship reasons or other circumstances at the discretion of F45 and FS8 Training Chermside but you must give us proof (such as supporting documents) to our reasonable satisfaction.
b) All suspensions will incur a $10 holding fee.
c) A minimum of one week notice is required prior to putting your membership on hold. If you fail to give one week notice prior to putting your account on hold your request may not be processed.
d) Holds or suspensions require one week minimum per suspension.
e) Suspensions cannot be backdated.
f) Any suspensions held during your membership will collectively be added to your contract term length.
