Today marks an incredible milestone as Dee completes her 1000th session at F45 Chermside, on the exact same day she celebrates her 8-year anniversary with us! 🎉

But that's not all—Dee has also smashed out 234 classes at our sister studio, FS8 Pilates Chermside. 🏋️‍♀️💪
